James Martin, aged 22, found guilty on an indictment for stealing a gelding (valued at £7), the property of Edward Morris in the parish of Cold Norton on 10th November 1780; a mare (valued at £5), the property of James Cornish in the parish of Springfield on 6h September 1780; and a gelding (valued at £3), the property of John Porter in the parish of Danbury on 4th May 1781.
